• Preparation of tender documents

• Assess the technical quality, capacity, and solvency of the shipyard vis-a-vis Owner demands, ship's design, project costs and specifications
• Provide assistance during contract negotiations and in the preparation of contract documents
• Review of shipyard's engineering documents, machinery and equipment specifications
